2012 New England Drama Festival
Gilford High School is pleased to host the 2012 New England Drama Festival, which showcases high school student and faculty talent from all over New England. It will start at 8am April 26, 2012, and end with the closing ceremony at 2pm Saturday April 28, 2012. The two schools which represent Connecticut will be chosen at the Connecticut Drama Festival in March, based on their outstanding performances there. Those schools will need to register. All performances will be open to the public; tickets are available at the door. More information is at the New England Drama Festival website.

The Connecticut Drama Association is one of the oldest state secondary school theatre organizations in the country.
Established in 1936, the CDA continues to offer students and teachers a wide variety of educational theatre experiences in which to grow and learn.
